Cancellation Policy

Dear Guest, you are booking directly through the official website of HOTELES PALACE (Star Palace, Pacific Palace, Oceano Palace, Luna Palace) in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. We appreciate your preference and look forward to providing you with the best possible service.

1. Hotel Responsibility & Relocation: Upon receipt of full or partial payment via our platform, we guarantee the provision of a room with the selected characteristics at your chosen hotel. In the event of issues beyond our control or force majeure (mayor force) affecting availability, you will be relocated within our hotels to a room of equal or higher category than the one originally booked. In the rare event of a system availability error on our part, we will contact you immediately to resolve the situation regarding any necessary full or partial cancellation.

2. Guest Cancellation & Rescheduling: Reservations are non-refundable. However, guests may reschedule their stay for a new date within a maximum period of 6 months from the original booking date, provided that notification is given at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled arrival.

3.
